Essential criteria

• Requirement to hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless the candidate has a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
• Registered with a current HCPC/NMC registration

Desirable criteria

• Experience in working in community
• Physical clinical assessment skills

Experience

Essential criteria

• Substantial B5 Experience
• Experience of assessing and providing quality care to people with long term conditions
• Extensive range of clinical skills and experience
• Experience of working in a MDT
• Experience of autonomous/lone working

Desirable criteria

• Experience of supervising staff and completing appraisals

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
