Nocturnal Recruitment are currently seeking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead one of their Childrens Residential Homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader who is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.As Registered Manager, you will lead and inspire a skilled staff team, ensure the home operates to the highest standards, and play a key role in delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes for every child in placement.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the childrens home Ensure the service operates in line with Ofsted regulations and organisational standards Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and oversee safeguarding practices Lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary staff teamPromote high-quality, trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support Oversee care planning, quality assurance, and operational performance Manage budgets and support the effective running of the home Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young peopleEssential Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager within Childrens Residential Care Level 5 Diploma in Leadership&Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve) Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and trauma-informed practice Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding care Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young peopleTPBN1_UKTJ
