Responsibilities

- Assist the Activity Coordinator in arranging activities and at events
- Assist residents to partake in activities of their choice and this may lead to organising and leading an activity
- Escort residents to and from their apartments
- Inform residents of activities/events scheduled
- Assist with refreshments
- Set up rooms/areas in preparation for events/activities
- Clear away and return the room/area to its original state
- Communication skills
- A friendly, enthusiastic and approachable nature
- Age restrictions
- Health and Safety Policy
- Ongoing support
- Training provided
- Volunteers covered by insurance
