Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children with additional needs
• Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practices
• Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to teaching
• Confident managing behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
