Role Overview
Baker / Pastry Chef — Northampton / Sywell Area — £14.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience. Temporary to Permanent. Hours vary with around 45 hours a week and shifts covering 3am to 10pm.
Key Responsibilities- Producing bakery products in line with company specifications
- Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Working to production schedules and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Adhering to all health and safety and food hygiene regulations
- Previous experience working within a bakery environment
- Good understanding of bakery equipment and production processes
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be able to read and understand Polish and Russian
- Shift-based working pattern
- Stable, long-term employment with a reputable employer
