Vehicle Mechanic Coach, Off The Tools {Mod, Warminster

Location: Military locations across the South with a remote role that requires travel to multiple sites.

Compensation: £40,000 + £4,550 Car allowance (DOE) + Salary Reviews + Occasional Overtime + 6% Pension + Fully funded training and progression opportunities.

• Visiting learners in their workplace to deliver coaching, assessment and support.
• Advising learners on portfolio building and meeting programme requirements.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of all programme components.
• Recording and tracking learner progress in line with reporting processes.
• Motivating and guiding apprentices through their qualification journey.

• Vehicle Mechanic or similar background.
• Minimum level 3 NVQ or equivalent in vehicle mechanics.
• British Citizen or able to obtain Security Clearance.
• Local to the site.
