Food & Beverage Team Member - Warminster

As a Team Member, your main focus will be front‑of‑house, dealing directly with people. You will welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café, providing outstanding service and ensuring an enjoyable experience. This fast‑paced business values teamwork and adaptability. You will keep food and drink preparation and presentation standards high and maintain accurate displays and signage. When needed you may help the kitchen team with food preparation. We provide induction and training in allergens, food safety and mentoring. Further professional training and development can be offered upon request.

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide excellent service and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of food and drink preparation and presentation.
• Ensure displays, signage and premises remain tidy and accurate.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation when required.

• No prior experience is required; a positive attitude is valued.

Zero‑hour contract, fixed‑term until 31‑Dec‑2026. Seasonal and flexible hours with regular weekends and bank holidays. No evening or split shifts. Salary: £12.75 per hour.
