Iconic Group Services is a growing UK facilities and building maintenance company delivering planned and reactive works across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Fire Door / Fire Stopping Maintenance Engineer to join our specialist compliance team.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out fire door inspections, repairs, and fire stopping works across a range of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring all works comply with current fire safety legislation and standards.

This is a mobile role, working independently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire doors
• Installation and remediation of fire stopping systems
• Completing works in line with relevant regulations and certification requirements
• Accurate completion of reports, certificates, and job documentation
• Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

Essential Requirements

• Fire Door and/or Fire Stopping qualification – MUST HAVE
• Proven experience within fire door maintenance and/or fire stopping
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance standards
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently in a mobile role
• Good communication and organisational skills

Desirable (but not essential)

• Additional fire safety or passive fire protection qualifications
• Experience working in commercial or multiâsite environments

Experience:
