Paint Tech to join a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of£45,000 - £55,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00&every other Saturday 7am - 12pm. Duties: Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre Follow the correct repair techniques, ensuring the quality is spot on and no defects Preparing vehicles to be sprayed, mixing paints Maintaining a high quality of work in body metal preparation, repairs and replacementsCreate a trust-based relationship between customer and company Benefits:£45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE 28 days holiday inc BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) Bonus scheme Pension Experience required: You must have previous experience working as a Paint Tech within a busy body shopYou will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle paint/ repair techniques Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
