Family Support Worker, Clevedon

32.5 hours per week Term Time only plus inset days

Contract: Permanent from September 2026

Salary: £27,194 to £29,358 (Actual salary based on 32.5 hours Term Time only plus inset days)

Baytree School are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to join our dedicated Safeguarding team to support our young people and families through a nurturing and inclusive approach. The role will work closely with parents and carers and involve maintaining regular communication, putting interventions in place, and liaising with relevant staff and professionals under the direction of the DSL/DDSL.
