Head of Commercial, Wetherby

An awarding-winning, innovative FMCG SME growing strongly year on year. Family-run, the business is built on developing and manufacturing quality, premium products in a fast-growing market segment. They are a genuine success story with truly differentiated products. Business is split across brand and private label.

Initially you will come in to head up the sales and marketing functions. You will sit on the Senior Leadership Team with the owners and will be involved in all areas of the business, working closely with manufacturing and supply chain.

The plan would be for the right person to become Commercial Director and from there MD as they develop and grow in line with the overall business.

• Solid proven sales and over-arching commercial experience in FMCG
• Team leadership experience - you will initially manage 5 people across sales and marketing
• Ideally solid past experience in innovative FMCG manufacturing businesses
• Experience in P&L management and overseeing commercial sales plans
• Passionate and experienced in innovative branded FMCG environments
• Desire to progress quickly into senior management and lead as MD
