As a Nursery Assistant at our Cobham nursery you will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

No Early Years qualification is required, we will provide you with lots of training and fund qualifications if you would like to complete them with us.

• You will be able to facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather.
• You will create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
• You will respond to the needs of the children.
