• Perform cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Make beds, change linens, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities
• Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met promptly and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or management
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and report any shortages

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
