Job: Clinical Lead Nurse, 'Leigh'

Work as a Clinical Lead Nurse/ Unit Manager for a private healthcare provider with a passion for excellence. You will be working within a large, purpose-built Nursing Home in Leigh, Greater Manchester, on a 30 bed dementia unit. The Home offers, nursing, dementia and palliative care and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. The Home is split into 6 separate houses and we are looking for an experienced Nurse, RGN, RNLD or RMN Qualified, to work as Clinical Lead on the Dementia Nursing Unit. This is a full time, permanent position as Clinical Lead Nurse / Unit Manager working 42 hours a week on day shifts, 3 days one week and 4 the next. The salary is circa £40,000 per annum and you will receive ongoing training and development, and a benefits package including extra rewards for passing probation, attendance, ideas, employee of the month and more?
