Plumber, Skelmersdale

I'm looking for an experienced Plumber for a Social Housing Repairs contract around West Lancashire. The majority of work will be around Skelmersdale, Ormskirk and Aughton. Duties of the successful Plumber will primarily include reactive repairs within tenanted domestic properties around West Lancashire. I'm looking to speak to a Plumber that: Has experience in Social Housing Repairs Has an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing Has a full UK driving licence and their own van (this isn't a must, but is a huge bonus) Has their own tools In return, the Plumber will receive: £16.50 per hour (with a van and fuel card provided) £18 per hour and 25p per mile expenses paid (if using your own van) A long term contract - this is initially for 3months, but will be extended when needed, and can lead to a permanent position with the company.
