Residential Childcare Worker, Skelmersdale

On offer is a dedicated company willing to invest time and effort to the betterment of our employees with funding available to put you through your Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Young People. * 10am - 10pm shifts (no sleep overs) great for family flexibility. * You can either choose 1 day on 2 days off or 2 days on 4 days off shift. * Fantastic Training with your NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Young People. We have homes across the North West in Southport, St Helens, Ormskirk, Preston and Skelmersdale. We work with young people of the age of 7 - 17 years old who have emotional and behavioral disorder. Your Role Your role will be helping and supporting our young people are helping with activities, appointments, education and cooking. We are looking for caring people who have experience working with young people and are passionate about helping. * Ideally you would have or have started your Level 3 in Residential childcare or be willing to complete this qualification. * 6 months experience ideally in the Residential sector or similar industry experience ideally working with young people * Great attitude
