Gate & Barrier Engineers ? North West. Location: This is a site-based role covering the Northwest Salary: Dependent upon experience The Company: With its head office in Westhoughton, Bolton, and offices in the North East, Midlands, South and Scotland, BID Group Ltd are one of largest independent suppliers of service, maintenance, installation and repair solutions for industrial doors, dock levellers, rapid roll doors, gates, barriers, personnel and automatic doors across the country. The Role/Candidate: **Previous experience in the automatic gate, barrier and access control industry is a pre-requisite when applying for these roles** * Our specialist automated security division, Perimeter Security Maintenance, are currently looking to recruit experienced Gate & Barrier Engineers to join their growing team. We are looking to recruit engineers experienced in either service and repair and/ or installation. * The role will involve carrying out service, maintenance & fault-finding on a range of automatic gates, barriers and associated equipment across the North West and the successful candidate will have at least one year?s experience in the above aspects * We are also looking to recruit installation engineers who must be conversant with all aspects of automated gate and barrier installation, including groundworks, installation of motors and ancillary equipment and access control systems. * A full driving licence is essential and the positions are subject to a criminal records check. A SPA Passport and/or CSCS card would be an advantage although full training will be provided as required. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as required.
