Eligibility

• Hold (or be predicted) a UK undergraduate degree
• Have a genuine interest in teaching and education
• Be passionate about your subject area
• Be confident, professional, and eager to learn
• Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Train within an Ofsted Outstanding school environment
• Receive support from experienced teachers and mentors
• Gain valuable classroom experience before training begins
• Clear progression into salaried or unsalaried teacher training routes
• Opportunities to build long‑term careers within education

Taster Days

We are offering school taster days throughout the summer term, giving graduates the opportunity to:

• Observe lessons
• Meet teaching staff and trainees
• Experience school life first‑hand
• Ask questions about teacher training routes and career progression
