Credit Control and Accounts Receivable, Morden

By building relationships with your customers and local Sales Teams you will take ownership of your ledgers and be responsible for making key decisions.

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage UK and Export markets

Job Description:

Manage Accounts receivable and Credit Control for a range of markets

Reconciliations of accounts receivable

Processing payments

Chasing overdue customers by telephone or email, if necessary, passing to third party for litigation

Running monthly Direct Debit collections

Processing Credit notes and intercompany journals.

Liaising with trade customers and building good relationships

Resolving queries

Cross training as the Credit Control team covers each other’s work during holidays, sickness etc

Main skills required:

Experience of Accounts receivable and Credit Control

Must be numerate.

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Attention to detail

Experience working with SAP preferable but not essential.

Knowledge of Excel and Word

Ability to work both as part of a team and independently

European Languages such as Spanish or Italian an advantage
