A highly regarded Top 200 law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join its growing Real Estate department in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate to join a firm known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships and high-quality property work across a broad range of sectors including development, investment, retail, office, mixed-use and landlord and tenant matters.

You must have prior law firm experience to be considered for this role.

The successful Commercial Property Associate will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates on acquisitions and disposals, development projects, refinancing matters and asset management work for investors, developers, SMEs and high-net-worth clients.

The firm offers an excellent balance of quality work and working culture, making this a strong move for a Commercial Property Associate looking to avoid the pressures often associated with larger international firms while still maintaining exposure to sophisticated work.

The Commercial Property Associate will ideally have:

• 3-6 years PQE

• Strong technical commercial property experience

• Excellent drafting and communication skills

• A personable and commercially aware approach

Salary: 70,000 - 95,000
