Job Title: On shift registered manager -Wirral Salary : £12.20 -£13.20 per hour A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading care provider of children in the Wirrla area. Here at Prospero health & Social Care we are searching for a candidates that have experience of managing a busy children's home. The home is on the Stoke area and provides high quality care for 2 children with EBD and the ideal candidate will have experience of managing a children's home for children with challenging behaviours. Candidates ideally would have a level 5 diploma I leadership & management but managers without will be also considered with the right experience The manager will be expected to work on shift pattern below with additional pay of £34 per sleep on top of your hourly rate. The shift pattern is a 5 on then 2 on shift pattern highlighted below 5:2 pattern - paid an hourly rate for hours worked, work 5 shifts one week and 2 the next as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday (followed by a sleep as and when required) Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday (followed by a sleep as and when required) The role has excellent additional benefits package detailed below Benefits with the position Pension Auto-enrolment 'Pay Care Scheme', this is a company health care benefit.
