Production Line Leader
Location: March, Cambridgeshire
Salary: 30,200 (34k-36k with overtime)
Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30
Overtime available during the week and at weekend (overtime at weekend paid at time and a half).
A successful FMCG business based in Cambridgeshire are looking for a commited and skilled Line Leader.This role will be very challenging but also very satisfying and rewarding.
A key part of your role will be to lead the team, ensuring high performance and maximising productivity. You will need to ensure that all of the production is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality.
The company are implementing a new line with an optical sorter and weight grader so you'll need experience with this process. You'll need to coach your team members accordingly and create a strong culture, ensuring compliance with the company's health and safety and quality procedures.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a Line Leader, Team Leader or can demonstrate coaching/stepping up in previous role in FMCG.
* Excellent communication skills to build key relationships with your team and other department
* Optical sorter and weight grader experience
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Flexibility in their approach to work
