Permanent Sales Associate – Part Time

12‑hour contract with potential for overtime.

Our store teams are made up of customer‑first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers. Team members develop product knowledge and jewellery expertise to share with clients.

• Help the store maintain performance and meet sales targets.
• Engage customers and create memorable experiences.
• Share product knowledge and assist with jewellery, watch and gift items.
• Handle a variety of customer enquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, presentable store and uphold H. Samuel brand standards.

• Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience not required.
• Positive, "can‑do" attitude and natural ability to initiate conversation with diverse customers.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Flexibility to work 12‑hour days and additional hours during peak trading periods.
