Part-Time Marketing Manager (Strategic Lead) – 3 Full Days Per Week, Office-Based

Location: Woking, Surrey (office-based – must live within easy commuting distance)

Working Pattern: 3 full days per week, 08:45am – 5:15pm (on-site in Woking)

Salary: £2,000 – £2,500 per month (part-time), depending on experience

Colyer is an established provider of professional printing solutions and specialist software, supporting businesses across London and the South East.

We are seeking a senior, commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead and drive our marketing strategy on a part-time basis (3 full days per week, office-based).

This is a leadership role within the business — responsible not just for marketing activity, but for ensuring marketing directly contributes to pipeline growth, lead generation and revenue.

The Role

You will take strategic ownership of marketing across the business.

This includes setting priorities, aligning campaigns to commercial objectives, and ensuring performance is measurable and accountable. You will work closely with the sales team and senior leadership to identify opportunities, support product launches, and drive sustained growth.

You will also manage and direct our full-time in-house designer, ensuring creative output supports strategic objectives and brand consistency.

A critical component of the role is leading, managing and optimising Google Ads performance. We are looking for someone with a very strong understanding of the Google Ads platform, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, audience targeting and ROI optimisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role — strategic thinking combined with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligned to business growth targets

· Own marketing performance metrics and provide clear monthly reporting

· Lead and optimise Google Ads campaigns – strategy, budget management, ROI tracking and continuous improvement

· Oversee website development and performance (WordPress), including SEO and conversion optimisation

· Direct and manage the in-house designer to ensure timely, high-quality creative delivery

· Drive content strategy across blogs, case studies, newsletters and campaigns

· Align marketing activity with product launches and supplier initiatives

· Manage marketing database strategy and segmentation

· Support exhibitions, events and commercial promotions

· Deliver ongoing marketing initiatives in line with the annual marketing plan

About You

· Senior-level Marketing Manager with proven strategic leadership experience

· Very strong working knowledge of the Google Ads platform with demonstrable hands-on experience

· Confident managing campaign structure, budgets and conversion tracking independently

· Strong commercial awareness and ability to link marketing activity to revenue

· Experience managing creative resource (designer or agency)

· Strong digital marketing, SEO and website management capability

· Comfortable operating autonomously within an SME environment

· Able to commit to 3 full office-based days per week in Woking (08:45 – 5:15)

· Experience within printing, technology, software or B2B sectors is advantageous
