Be a part of it.Cygnet Hospital Woking offers a range of mental health services for men and women in a purpose-built therapeutic environment where the focus is on maximising positive outcomes and recovery.We are looking for a Weekend Evening Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis to provide a professional, welcoming reception experience.You will be working 10hrs per week every Saturday and Sunday 4pm to 9pmThis role will be based in a fast paced hospital setting, so the ability to process information quickly in a calm and controlled manner at all times is essential.The ideal candidate must be adaptable and well presented with a friendly disposition with excellent communication skills. Duties will include welcoming all visitors / staff, maintaining security procedures and effective use of the hospital switchboard.You’re Day-to-Day...Provide a professional, welcoming reception experienceComply with strict and robust security protocolsGreet visitors & notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrivalEnsure visitors sign in & out, and that patients leaving & returning are recorded appropriatelyAnswer & transfer all incoming calls and take messages where appropriateSort & distribute post, and assist with general office duties as requiredKeep the reception area clean & tidyPromote the safety & security of all site users and ensure all staff comply with security protocols.You are...An experienced receptionist with at least 1 or more years of experience working as a ReceptionistOrganised, naturally helpful and good at multitaskingComputer literate – including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalentKnowledgeable of telephone systemsPolite, friendly & approachable with excellent cGCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacyDiligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.Why Cygnet?
