What you will do:

• Lead and support complex safeguarding cases ensuring individuals receive appropriate and timely protection.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for vulnerable adults and ensuring their voices are heard.
• Develop care plans in accordance with the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, tailoring them to meet individual needs effectively.
• Utilise advanced IT skills, particularly with Mosaic, to maintain precise and thorough case records.
• Conduct home visits and assessments, requiring the ability to drive and adapt to varied environments.
• Mentor and guide less experienced social workers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
