HGV Class 2 Driver, Wolverhampton

OUTLINE A well-established logistics company has offered a great opportunity for a Class 2 driver in the Wolverhampton area. Our client is looking to add to their team on a possible ongoing basis. The role will involve morning starts and you will be responsible for delivering general haulage to various clients around the midlands. Proactive Personnel are looking for someone that are self motivated and can use their own initiative. THE JOB ROLE * Completing relevant paperwork * Local and nationwide deliveries and collections * Start times will vary between 05:00am ? 07:00am * Some handballing will be involved (unloading on and off the truck) * Vehicle Checking before and after shifts * 45 hours plus a week * Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work * Pay rate: £10.50 PAYE // Limited £12.00 ph * Providing exceptional customer service to customers. * Maintain communication with management to inform them of any change of delivery, route or schedule. * Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations on all work sites. EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS * In date CPC * Minimum 2 years driving experience * Digi tachograph card holder * No points on driving licence * Own Transport * Experience on curtain siders/ Pallets / Multi drop/Straps and Ratchets * Nights out would be advantageous
