Master Key Analyst, Wolverhampton

SFR Recruitment solutions have a brand-new opportunity for a Master Key Analyst! * £18,000-£20,000 * West Midlands * Maternity Cover (Up to 12 months) Our client requires a Master Key Analyst (Maternity Cover ? up to 12 months) who will be reporting to the Senior Master Key Analyst. Key Responsibilities: * Effectively and accurately perform administration tasks as required according to the business needs of the Masterkey department. * To assist with the administration of company licences as required. * Loading of master key orders to factory system using E-Planner software. * Assist in the production of Masterkey codes according to certain defined rules either using a computer programme or calculating the codes manually. * Production of work orders and key orders in order for the Mechanical Locks Workshop to assemble locks and cut keys. * Organising and performing dispatch of work orders and key orders. * To be responsible for the accurate, efficient and timely production of any information to ensure that the customers needs are met. * Maintaining and keeping up to date system records, which involves both a computerised database and paper records. * Fast and efficient handling of requests for assembly instructions and information. * Identifying opportunities for reducing complexity and cost of doing business. * Accessing the system records to verify and obtain system information. * Providing support / cover for related administrative tasks as necessary such as filing and dispatch of post. * To monitor targets as agreed, ensuring the targets are met and report results of these and other KPI?s. Skills & Attributes: * Demonstrate strong analytical skills. * Have the ability to deal with situations requiring a very high level of accuracy. * Have an aptitude to learn about the technical aspects of keying systems and products. * Brilliant planning and organisation skills. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Demonstrate good overall IT skills with an emphasis on Database Systems. * Show great communication and interpersonal skills. * Be an excellent team player with the ability to work successfully as an individual.
