Qualified Social Worker - Hospital Team You will be working within a well respected Local Authority based within the West Midlands area in a busy hospital team in a response to COVID-19. As a valued member to this service you will be required to pick up a varied caseload whilst working with a range of professionals within a hospital and intermediate care setting. You will need to have experience completing mental capacity assessments, participating in best interest decision and using Continuing Healthcare Checklist. Some weekend working required.
