Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a friendly and empathetic approach, to join an exciting team in their care homes in Wolverhampton. Positions available on a full and part time basis. Essential Requirements * Registered nurse with current UKCC registration * Practice knowledge of care planning * Professional, understanding, and patient with a warm personality Role Responsibilities * We are looking for two Registered Nurses with a friendly and empathetic approach. * You will ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care by following company policy and monitoring outcomes. * The chosen individuals must be experienced Nurses and have previous care planning experience and be professional, understanding and patient with a warm personality.
