Registered Manager - Young People, Wolverhampton

We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a 2 bed Residential Service for young people with Challenging Behavior in Wolverhampton. Registered Manager responsibilities include: ·The daily running of the homes ·Staff management ·Budgets ·Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times ·Compliance with all current legislation relating The successful candidate must have: ·2 Years management experience within young people?s services ·An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted ·Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5 ·Excellent working knowledge of children?s homes national minimum standards and the Children?s Act 2010 The successful applicant will be rewarded with ongoing career progression, excellent pay, generous holiday entitlement and future opportunity to progress in to senior management.
