Compliance Officer, Wolverhampton

A growing compliance company is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to support clients with FCA authorisations and ongoing regulatory compliance.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone with strong FCA knowledge and hands-on experience managing regulatory applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FCA authorisation applications including SMCR, VOPs and ARs
• Draft compliance policies, procedures and regulatory documentation
• Liaise with the FCA and respond to regulatory queries
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide compliance guidance
• Manage multiple client relationships and projects

Requirements

• Experience within FCA compliance or a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and filings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
