Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure / Highways | Wolverhampton, West Midlands£60,000 to £73,000 + Package Hybrid working A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a major transport and highways improvement programme across the West Midlands. This is a high-profile, multi-scheme programme focusedon upgrading key transport routes and infrastructure, offering long-term stability, complex project exposure, and excellent career progression within a well-established contractor.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple work packages within a fast-paced infrastructure environment. You'll work closely with operational teams and the client, ensuring robust cost control, contract compliance, and effective commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycle.A strong working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential, as you will play a key role in managing compensation events, change control, and contractual communications.
