Patient Services Admin – Children’s Health, Wolverhampton

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust seeks an Administration Assistant to provide a courteous reception service to patients and manage clerical duties in the Acute Children's Services. You will handle patient records and assist in the journey of patients through the services.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, NVQ II in Administration or equivalent, and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. This is a key role in ensuring timely processing of patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
