Duties

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to optimise sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance for senior management.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth.

Experience

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organisational and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of motivating diverse teams.
• Experience in developing training programmes and coaching team members.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is advantageous.
