We're hiring on behalf of a prestigious international multi-brand retailer, and this is your chance to join a fast-paced, luxury customer care team supporting both online and in-store experiences.

The Role

As a Luxury Customer Care Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey-delivering exceptional service while driving sales and brand experience.

You will:

  • Deliver a high-end, personalised customer experience
  • Process orders and returns accurately within SLAs
  • Provide expert product advice and styling support
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise sales
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries
  • Manage your workload in a busy, target-driven environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience (retail or contact centre ideal)
  • A genuine passion for fashion and trends
  • Confident communicator with a positive, engaging style
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
  • A team player with a proactive mindset

Hours & Shifts

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 5 out of 7 days
  • Shifts between 8:30am - 9:30pm
  • Mainly PM shifts (1pm - 9:30pm)
