Mechanical MaintenanceEngineer South East London£46,200 Location: Plumstead, South East London Salary: up to £46,200 per annum Shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 About the Role Were currently recruiting for an experienced MechanicalMaintenanceEngineer to join a leading building maintenanceprovider at a large multi-tenanted site near Plumstead station.Youll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactivemaintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and building services equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems. Work alongside electrical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation. Ensure compliance with health&safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment. Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on shift.
