Static Air Conditioning Engineer Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Location: London Bridge Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 Benefits: Overtime available Training provided Company Bonus Scheme Specialist Tools Holiday Bonus for no sick days This static Air Conditioning Engineer role will be working with one of London's leading M&E Building Services providers on a key contract at London Bridge. Job Duties: Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments Provide Further works reports where required Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works requiredUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site information Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable Requirements: Minimum 8 years trade experience Completed applicable apprenticeship and posses relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications. Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU's, Coldroom's and Specialist RefrigerationAbility to develop and be part of a team.
