Specialist Fault-Finding: Diagnosing complex issues within integrated HVAC systems, including controls and associated mechanical plant. Site Management: Coordinating with on-site facilities managers to ensure minimal disruption to hotel guests, office tenants, or retail operations.Compliance Excellence: Maintaining impeccable digital records of all gas safety inspections and remedial works. Candidate Requirements The Professional Profile: Qualified Expert: Full suite of valid Commercial Gas tickets (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, etc.). Sector Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience, ideally within the hospitality, corporate, or high-end retail sectors. Alternatively commercially qualified with significant domestic experienceClient-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills and a tidy, professional appearance are essential for these environments. Mobility: Full UK Driving License (maximum 6 points). Advantageous Skills: Experience with BMS interfaces (Trend, Honeywell, etc.).
