Hospital Bank Housekeeper - Flexible Shifts & Weekends, Worcester

Spire South Bank Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our dynamic housekeeping team working on a bank contract. This is NOT a permanent contract.

Working Hours: 07:00-13:00 / 15:00-21:00 over 4 days Monday to Sunday.
Contract type: Bank / Flexible working contract / Ad Hoc Shifts.

• To ensure all areas of the hospital are cleaned in line with policies, and all relevant paperwork is completed
• Make sure that all building and fabric issues are reported
• Carry out the scheduled flushing list within the hospital
• Ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift and left to a high standard
• Maintain a good standard of Health & Safety and COSHH legislation
• Promote the Spire behaviours

• Excellent communication with staff and patients, and a high professional appearance
• Experience working in a similar role in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to establish rapport with all customers
• Teamwork capability
• Ability to work independently and with a methodical approach
• Maintain high standards
• Ability to work evenings and possibly some weekends
