We are a survivor-centred organisation committed to delivering high-quality services that support wellbeing, recovery and empowerment. About the RoleAs a Pathfinder Pracitioner you will:Manage an agreed caseload of clients accessing stabilisation and supportDeliver time-limited psychosocial support and education through face-to-face, telephone and online sessionsUndertake risk assessments and develop individual support plansProvide non-criminal justice advocacy where appropriate to support access to servicesWork collaboratively with partner agencies to support safe and appropriate pathwaysMaintain accurate electronic case records, outcome data and required monitoring informationFollow safeguarding, risk management and organisational procedures at all timesContribute to service development, evaluation and continuous improvementRepresent and promote WMRSASC at meetings and events as required About you:We are looking for someone who brings both professional expertise and a strong commitment to survivor-centred, trauma-informed practice. You will ideally have:Level 3 qualification or above in social care, health care, community work, education, therapy or a related fieldKnowledge and understanding of sexual violence and its impactsExperience of working proactively and independently with clientsThe ability to manage crisis situations safely, following safeguarding procedures and working within the scope of the roleStrong organisational and communication skills, with experience of managing a defined caseloadConfidence working in partnership with other services and agenciesExperience of maintaining accurate electronic case records and outcome dataConfidence using Microsoft tools to record information, manage data and communicate effectively What We OfferWMRSASC is committed to supporting and valuing its staff.Hybrid and flexible working26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays (pro rata), increasing to 31 days after 5 years’ service5% employer pension contributionBenenden Health SchemeAccredited training and career development opportunitiesRegular management supervision and support SafeguardingWMRSASC is committed to recruiting with care and to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
