Bank Registered Nurse, Worcester

We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Bank Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) to join our client care team. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified nurses seeking flexible shifts while making a real difference to the lives of their residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Work in line with CQC standards, NMC Code of Conduct, and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
• Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Active NMC PIN as a RGN or RMN
• Previous post-registration nursing experience.
• Care home or elderly care experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Caring, professional, and reliable approach.
