Salary: £36,182 basic | £42,182 OTE (time saved & team profit)
Hours: Full‑time, 45 hours per week (weekends on a rota)

Service Technician – Overview

A high‑performing aftersales team in Worcester is seeking a skilled and qualified Service Technician to join their modern, well‑equipped workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Technician who wants to develop their technical abilities, work with cutting‑edge tools and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values quality, safety and professional growth.

Service Technician – Responsibilities

- Carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles
- Complete diagnostic, warranty and repair work to high standards
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes and cambelt replacements
- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
- Complete digital write‑ups and job cards accurately

Requirements – Service Technician

- Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety and quality
- MOT licence beneficial (training available if not yet qualified)
- Eagerness to learn and progress through manufacturer accreditation
