Paragon Education is recruiting an experienced and driven Year 6 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Worcester. The school is committed to achieving strong outcomes while maintaining a positive and structured learning environment for pupils approaching the end of Key Stage 2.

• Planning and delivering targeted lessons aligned with the Year 6 curriculum
• Preparing pupils for SATs through structured teaching and revision strategies
• Identifying gaps in learning and providing focused interventions
• Monitoring progress and using data to inform teaching decisions
• Creating a calm, focused, and supportive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ confidence and readiness for secondary school

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
• Strong understanding of SATs preparation and assessment
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to motivate and support pupils under pressure
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

• A supportive leadership team with experience in KS2 outcomes
