Essential: Experience of working in a primary school setting
Essential: Ability to deliver and plan lessons effectively

Desirable: Relevant experience of planning and teaching for a whole class in a school setting

Desirable: Has an understanding of how schools use pupil data, to improve progress and outcomes

Essential: Good understanding of the National Curriculum

Essential: Understands the importance of Safeguarding issues and a willingness to undertake training

Essential: Experience of working with parents to achieve positive outcomes
