Cleaner, Cockermouth

Hours: Monday / Wednesday / Friday 15:00 - 17:00

Hourly Rate: £13.45

Location: Cockermouth, Cumberland, CA13 9LU

• Provide high‑standard customer care across shift hours.
• Operate site‑based equipment and cleaning materials; receive full training.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and complete required training.
• Collaborate within a team that goes the extra mile.

We look for someone with a positive and friendly attitude, local to the area, an ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role and a basic level of spoken English. A desire to learn and thrive in a supportive team is essential. Prior cleaning experience is welcomed but not mandatory.

• Premises cleaning experience or willingness to learn.
• Physical capacity to perform cleaning tasks.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
