We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Lead for a fully remote, independent contractor position within a globally established personal development and leadership education organisation. This is a legitimate B2C(Business-to-Consumer) marketing role — not a sales agent or recruitment position.

The organisation has operated internationally for over 20 years and is expanding across local and global markets. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who can develop and execute strategy independently.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Developing digital marketing strategy across social media, content, outreach and lead generation
- Building and managing campaigns to attract and convert high-quality prospects
- Driving pipeline growth through data-informed decision making
- Leading activity across LinkedIn, Facebook and other key platforms
- Maintaining brand consistency across all digital communications
- Conducting discovery conversations via phone and video (Zoom)
- Contributing to senior strategy sessions and growth planning

WHAT YOU BRING

- 10 or more years of marketing experience (agency, in-house or self-employed) but not essential as training is provided
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategy
- Strong written, verbal and on-camera communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience managing a commercial pipeline and reporting on results
- An interest in leadership development, professional education or personal growth is a strong advantage
