• Consistent full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• Structured rotas across operational hours (06:00-23:00)

As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section while working closely with the wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.

This is a great opportunity if you:

• Are an experienced CDP looking for stability
• Or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up and develop

• Running your own section during service
• Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
• Supporting the wider kitchen team with daily operations
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
