Customer Account Executive, LL13

Day to day as a customer account advisor you will be :

• Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen
• Inbound call handling
• Provide solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward
• Update the in house system with any progress

You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions - Starting Salary 27000 OFFICE BASED Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
