• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Support pupils with ASC, SEMH and additional learning needs across the primary age range
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Lead and work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and support staff
• Build strong relationships with families, therapists and external professionals
• Monitor pupil progress and support both academic and emotional development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
• Experience teaching within Primary or SEN settings
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
